Yep it is true, I have something that works on the Asus Tinker Board!!!
It works brilliantly as a WordPress webserver. I have followed these instructions on the Raspberry Pi website. Everything installed perfectly and the site is up and running. I am stress testing it at the moment but with all the plugins and in some respects it works just as well as my hosted site.
Maybe at some point this blog will be running off the Tinker Board. The server would be based in my home so I have the issues of my router, my ISP and dynamic IP addresses to contend with.
However, I am just happy to have something running as it should with no install issues. I do like the Tinker Board, it has lots of potentional. It misses out on the well supported goodness of Raspian.
