With the aches gone from the first run and ill advised work out I moved onto the 2nd Run.
It was an early one on Saturday morning. The wife had been out for a run already with one of her friends so peer pressure was my motivation.
On the app the Couch to 5k Week one Day two is comprised of 5 minute warm up walk and alternate 1 minute of jogging and then 1 1/2 minutes of walking for twenty minutes.
The sound track I used was the same as last time.
There was a cold wind outside but I was a brace solider and went for it. Actually it went kind of well. No problems so far. I decided not to the suicidal workout afterwards, that was too much.
So happy days so far, and I went to work in the afternoon guilt free and but tired
