Today has been a day of Freddy Fazbear, Flat Tyre and Batman.
So things have settle down a bit with the Son at school. We as parents had to go full Hulk rage at the staff and threaten to take it to the top. It got their attention, they know we are watching them very carefully and so far my son has not been beaten up again.
I have a couple of subscription box reviews coming up. Loot Crate and Geek Fuel turned up together late, probably due to the Christmas pressure on the postal system. Once I get my work schedule out of the way I put the reviews up.
A storm has been battering the UK today and when I went to my car this morning I was blessed with a partially deflated tyre. I must have some sort of slow puncture. Short on time and with no coins for the air machine at the garage I drove the car to work anyway. Of course when I finished work it was flat as a pancake. Having a modern car that does not feel the need for a spare wheel, I partially pumped up the tyre and limped to the garage for the air machine (with coins!). Fully inflated I drove home and it still looked good when I got out. Tomorrow will be another thing I imagine. I guess I am in the market for new tyres.
My Son being a major FNAF fan because instantly aware when the new game was silently released by Scott Cawthorn. The game Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator is free on Steam. Whilst Son is a fan of the characters, he is NOT a fan of jumpscares so I have to play the games for him. This games is a little different in the there are things to buy for your own restaurant and then the maintenance routines form the usual FNAF game play. You have to complete tasks while trying to keep an eye on where the animatronics are in the building. All in all, it is not a bad game. It scared me good a couple of times and then I refused to play it anymore.
In the Black Friday deals I bought Batman The Telltale Series for Xbox. While I have been playing it, Son has insisted on sitting with me and watching. Quality time with the Son AND playing a superhero game!! The joy!!
Anyway tonight, he has announced that he likes Batman, he said he does not like any other superheroes but he likes Batman. I will take that!! Finally Son of mine is embracing the Superhero world he rejected. So I have been looking for the movies to get, animated series to watch and a couple of Batman T-shirts for him.
Watch me go over the top with this!!
